Since 1985, Rein Teen Tours has been attracting teenagers from around the world who are anxious to make new friends and try new things. Designed with young people in mind, every trip contains a blend of outdoor fun, local sightseeing, unique activities, and evening entertainment. Each tour is carefully planned to run at a leisurely pace, allowing travelers to enjoy everything they see and do.

On the road, campers travel by deluxe motor coach and stay in centrally located hotels, campgrounds, and dorms. Highly experienced trip leaders make sure that travelers, many of whom come by themselves, are comfortable within their group by the end of the first day.

Trip Description

Our 40-day combination camping, hotel and dorm tour of the Western United States and Western Canada is one of Rein Teen Tours most spectacular summer teen tours. Your tour starts in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with stops in Denver, the Black Hills of South Dakota, Badlands National Park, Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons National Park and the old western town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Your summer teen tour continues as we head to our neighbors in the North. Your Canadian Adventure includes a visit to the world famous Calgary Stampede, canoeing on Lake Louise, summer skiing and snowboarding in Whistler, and an unforgettable tour of the Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park.

After exploring the gem of the Pacific Northwest, Seattle, we’ll jet to Utah. The beautiful Southwest unfolds before your eyes as our Grand Adventure teen tour journeys into Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We’ll hike along the rim of the Grand Canyon and then navigate the Broken Arrow Trail on our Pink Jeep Off-Road Adventure in Sedona, Arizona. Next it’s the bright lights and excitement of Las Vegas.

It only gets better… A Four Day Pacific Cruise is next up on our unforgettable Grand Adventure Teen Tour. Sail with Rein Teen Tours and Carnival Cruise Lines aboard the Paradise for four unforgettable days of luxury and fun. Port stops will include Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico. Once your teen tour arrives back at port, it’s on to Las Vegas, followed by Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, and the Grand Canyon. Next is the highly anticipated Pink Jeep Off-Road Adventure in Sedona.

The Rein Teen Tours staff is comprised primarily of teachers and graduate students with extensive expertise working with young people. Many staff members are Rein alumni who are excited to pass their experiences down to another group of travelers. A high return rate amongst staff guarantees quality leaders who are familiar with teen tours and creating a dynamic trip experience every time out.

The Rein staff is selected through a highly competitive application process based on the strength of references and personal interviews. All teen tour staff members attend Rein’s professional training workshops where emphasis is placed on the safety and well-being of each traveler.

Safety Standards

All Rein Teen Tour leaders are trained in basic first aid and CPR. In addition, all trip leaders carry cell phones in case of emergency.

While trips are in session, the Rein Summer Communications Center is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week by a team dedicated to monitoring tours on the road. The Communications Center can field questions from concerned parents, or dispatch help if anything unexpected happens on tour.

As a final precaution, company directors visit tours as they travel to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
